1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the aaajil platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aaajil ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the aaajil platform and should discontinue your use immediately.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on aaajil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. aaajil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm age where necessary.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of aaajil or any of its affiliated gaming service providers.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously suspended or terminated by aaajil for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aaajil account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. aaajil will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

You must notify aaajil support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. aaajil will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all withdrawal requests. aaajil may request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, UMID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance)
• Selfie with valid ID for liveness verification
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name and mobile number)

aaajil reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

aaajil currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods and associated processing times are subject to change; current information is always available in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. aaajil reserves the right to return any deposit where the source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• aaajil reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the standard processing time.

aaajil does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which aaajil bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

aaajil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the corresponding promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.

aaajil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aaajil platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, and table games — are operated by certified game providers and use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. The rules specific to each game type are accessible within the game interface.

By participating in any game on aaajil, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and are final once confirmed by the system. aaajil has no ability to influence game outcomes on behalf of any player.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interruption during gameplay, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.

7. Sports Betting

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by aaajil. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding amount deducted from your account balance.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before the event commences. Bets placed and confirmed prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed (as defined by the applicable sport's rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at aaajil's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed after an event's outcome has effectively been determined (due to a delay in the live data feed) may be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are specified in the sportsbook section of the platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• Obvious Errors: aaajil reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed due to a technical error or human data entry mistake, even after the event has concluded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaajil platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Money Laundering: Using the aaajil platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. aaajil complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or maintaining more than one account on the aaajil platform, whether under your own name, a false name, or in collaboration with another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated wagering on live casino games.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the aaajil platform without prior written authorization from aaajil.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in bad faith, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Hacking and Exploits: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of aaajil's software, servers, databases, or game code.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the aaajil platform for any commercial purpose — including operating a betting syndicate, selling betting tips funded by aaajil bonuses, or reselling account access — without prior written authorization.

9. Responsible Gaming

aaajil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. However, aaajil recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful if not approached responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered aaajil players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aaajil platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any aaajil content.
• Use aaajil's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the aaajil platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the aaajil platform on any other website or application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaajil and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aaajil platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information or data displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical error.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond aaajil's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government action.

aaajil's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaajil account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

aaajil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• aaajil has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Your account shows patterns indicative of money laundering, match-fixing, or other financial crimes.
• You are found to have registered multiple accounts or to have provided false information during registration.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine authorities require aaajil to do so.

In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, aaajil reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, any real-money winnings derived from activity conducted in violation of these Terms. Legitimate real-money deposits not subject to an active bonus will be returned to the account holder following completion of any required investigations, subject to regulatory and AML obligations.

You may also close your aaajil account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to Terms

aaajil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaajil will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players of the changes via email to their registered address, where the change is material and likely to affect player rights or obligations.
• Display an in-platform notification upon login for a period following the update.

15. Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and related regulations.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your aaajil account, gameplay outcomes, bonus settlements, or payment processing, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to aaajil customer support at [email protected], providing your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. aaajil will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.

All disputes shall be conducted in English. aaajil's records and logs shall be considered primary evidence in any dispute relating to game outcomes, transaction history, or platform activity, absent manifest error.
